How I Think

Strategy is not separate from execution.
Positioning shapes decision making.
And systems, not silos, determine performance.

My work focuses on aligning these elements so institutions do not just operate, but move with clarity and direction.

Current Focus

AI and institutional transformation
Strategic positioning in higher education
Capability-based education models

Bridging internal systems and external identity
Market-aligned academic design
Leadership-level decision frameworks

I am particularly interested in roles and initiatives that operate at the intersection of strategy, AI, and institutional direction.
